Terms of Service

Spotter generates training programs and exercise form feedback using artificial intelligence, based on information you provide. Programs and feedback are not created or reviewed by a certified personal trainer or medical professional, and do not constitute medical advice. Camera-based form checking is processed entirely on your device — video is never uploaded to us.

Spotter is only for adults 16 years of age and over. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Before generating a program, you must complete a health screening. Depending on your answers, we may require documentation from a medical professional confirming it is safe for you to exercise before unlocking program access. This process confirms that clearance documentation exists — it is not a medical assessment, and does not replace professional medical advice.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One account per person.

• Spotter is billed at $12.99 AUD per month on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• Prices may change; we'll give you notice beforehand.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate someone else or provide false information.
• Attempt to bypass the health screening, clearance gating, or subscription requirements.
• Share your account access with others, or use the service in a way that could harm Spotter or other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service outside of normal personal use.

Programs and form feedback are generated by AI from limited information and data. They supplement, and never replace, in-person coaching or medical advice. You are completing all exercises at your own risk. Do not attempt or continue an exercise if you have an injury, feel pain, or have been advised against it by a doctor. Suggested weights are a guide only.

Spotter and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide. We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the programs and feedback we generate for you.

To the extent permitted by law, Spotter is not liable for injury or loss arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated programs or form feedback. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

We may update these terms as Spotter changes. We'll reflect significant changes here, with an updated date below.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
